Do I need a prescription?
Some medicines need a valid doctor's prescription. You can upload a photo at checkout or on the prescription page. Everyday medicines can often be ordered without one.
How do I upload a prescription?
Use Sign in on the store and choose Upload Rx. We accept JPG, PNG, or PDF up to 10MB. A pharmacist reviews it before those items are packed.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is quoted by pin code at checkout from our store. Enter your pin code to see the fee and expected time.
How do I pay?
Checkout shows the payment methods this pharmacy has enabled (UPI via QroPay where configured, or cash on delivery). We never ask you to share card details over WhatsApp.
