Refund & Returns

Unopened, non-prescription products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if packaging is intact and the batch is still saleable. Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed.

How refunds work

• Online (UPI): Staff can issue a full or partial refund from the order. Funds return to the original payment method (typically 5–7 business days after approval).
• COD: Cancelled or returned COD orders are not charged online; any paid adjustments are handled by the pharmacy as agreed when the return is accepted.
• Returns after dispatch: Marking an order RETURNED restocks eligible items and may trigger a refund for paid online orders.
