By using ANJANI MEDICALS online or in-store services you agree to buy medicines for legitimate personal or prescribed use only. Prescription medicines need a valid prescription and pharmacist review before we pack them.

Accounts

Keep login credentials secure and provide accurate delivery details. You can update profile, addresses, and notification preferences under Account → Profile.

Orders & payment

• Checkout quotes delivery from your pincode against active delivery zones.
• Unserviceable pincodes cannot complete checkout until you choose a covered address.
• Payment methods: cash on delivery or online pay where enabled.
• We may cancel or hold orders if stock is unavailable, prescription check fails or needs a clearer photo, payment fails, or delivery cannot be completed.

Prescriptions

Uploaded prescriptions are used only for pharmacist review. Clarification may be requested before the order proceeds. See also our Medical Disclaimer.

Refunds & returns

Returns and refunds follow the Refund & Returns policy. Shipping fees and ETAs are described in the Shipping Policy.
