Do I need a prescription to order?

Some medicines need a valid doctor's prescription. Everyday medicines and wellness products can be ordered without one.

Prescription Policy

ANJANI MEDICALS dispenses prescription (Rx) medicines only after a valid prescription is reviewed by a pharmacist. This page explains how that works on our website and in the shop.

When a prescription is required

Products marked as prescription-required cannot be packed until a prescription is on file.
You can upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF (up to 10MB) after you sign in, from Upload prescription or at checkout.
Over-the-counter items do not need a prescription.

How we handle files

Prescription images are stored for pharmacist review and order fulfilment. They are not shown on the public website. Staff access is limited to authorised pharmacy users.

If we need a clearer copy

We may hold the order and ask for a clearer photo, a complete prescription, or confirmation of the patient name. We will not guess a medicine or quantity.
